  • Handling Time: We operate with precision. All orders are processed in the sequence they are received, and we normally have orders prepared and shipped within 12 hours. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • High Volume: During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take an additional day. We will communicate any significant delays directly on our website banner.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We proudly offer the following options for addresses within Canada:

4. Packaging and Safety As your order contains premium beard oils, balms, and butters, we take extra care in our presentation and protection:

  • We use high-quality, durable packaging and appropriate cushioning to prevent breakage and leakage.
  • We ensure all products are securely sealed and handled to withstand transit conditions without compromising the integrity of the ingredients.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages IMPACT Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you receive your complete arsenal:

  • Damaged: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@impactessentials.ca. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Lost: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact us for assistance.
