Returns and Refunds
At IMPACT Essentials, client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to process a return or exchange.
Step 1: Preliminary Contact (Required) To initiate any return or exchange procedure, you must first contact our team by email at info@impactessentials.ca. Please note that no physical returns will be processed without prior email authorization.
The Fragrance Guarantee
We understand that selecting the perfect sensory profile is a personal experience. If you are not completely satisfied with the scent you have chosen, our Fragrance Guarantee allows you to exchange the opened product for a different fragrance.
- Timeframe: The exchange must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Procedure: You must contact us for authorization prior to sending the product back.
- Shipping: The client is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to our facility. The replacement fragrance will be issued free of charge once the return is received.
Return Conditions (Standard Refunds) For a standard refund request to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The product must be new, unused, and in its original, intact packaging. (Note: Products that have been opened or tested are only eligible for exchange under the Fragrance Guarantee).
- Timeframe: The request and the return shipment must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase is required.
- Exceptions: Gift cards and items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds and Processing Times Once your package is received and inspected by our experts, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
- Approval: The refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
- Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to grant a partial refund if the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or if it is sent back more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges (Damaged Goods) Outside of the Fragrance Guarantee, we only replace items if they were damaged during transit. Contact us at info@impactessentials.ca to coordinate an exchange for damaged merchandise.
Return Shipping You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your merchandise, whether for a standard refund or a Fragrance Guarantee exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a full refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
