Impact Essentials Subscription & Cancellation Policy

When you subscribe to an Impact Essentials product, you receive an automatic discount on every recurring order (15% off for 3-month deliveries; 20% off for 2-month deliveries). By choosing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Automatic Renewal & Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew at your selected interval (every 2 or 3 months) based on your original order date. Your stored payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date at the discounted rate plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.

2. Pre-Renewal Notifications
To keep your routine seamless and transparent, we send an automated email reminder 3 days prior to every scheduled charge and shipment. This allows you ample time to make any desired changes to your upcoming delivery.

3. Skip, Swap, or Cancel Anytime
You maintain complete control over your subscription. You may skip an upcoming delivery, swap fragrances or products, update your shipping address, or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty before your next order is processed. Simply log in to your Impact Essentials customer account portal or contact us directly at info@impactessentials.ca.

4. Cut-Off Timing
Cancellations or changes must be completed prior to the recurring charge date. If a cancellation is requested after a renewal order has already been charged and dispatched, the cancellation will apply to all subsequent cycles, and the dispatched shipment will fall under our standard Return Policy.
